Admission Process

Application Procedure for International Students

Step 1. Complete and submit the application form to cindyliang@maxfieldacademy.com 

Step 2. Submit the $350.00 application fee by mailing a certified cheque to our Admissions Office (Or you may use E transfer).

Step 3. Submit certified true copies of your transcripts or your academic records to our admission office.

Step 4. Upon receipt of your completed application and application fee, an official receipt will be mailed to you.   Your application will be reviewed by an admissions officer.  If you are granted admission to the program, upon paying the tuition required fees, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance.

Step 5. Submit payment of the tuition fees by bank transfer to our bank account.

Step 6. Upon receipt of your registration forms and payment of your tuition fees, an official Letter of Acceptance will be e-mailed or mailed to you.

With the Letter of Acceptance, receipt of all fees paid and all other documents, you should proceed to the nearest Canadian Immigration Office to apply for the student authorization to study in Canada (student visa).

Homestay Accommodations:
Please note that if a Homestay accommodation is requested, there will be a $75.00 Administration fee for this service. Complete details concerning the Homestay will be sent to you. Students will be required to pay for the first two months of the Homestay before they arrive in Canada. Thereafter, the student will pay the Homestay amount to the school by the last business day of each month.

Airport Pickup
Airport Pickup for students arriving in Toronto’s Pearson International Airport may be arranged. The cost for this service is $80.00. It must be arranged and paid for in advance.

Step 2.Submit the $150.00 application fee by mailing a cheque to our Admissions Office (Or you may use E transfer).
